A Snowy Start to the New Year!

On January 8, we woke up in Central Arkansas to a rare and magical sight—a fresh blanket of snow transforming the state into a winter wonderland! While the snowfall caused many of us to pause our usual routines, it also presented the perfect opportunity to embrace the beauty of the season and make memories.

From the very first flurries, the PCLR team was out enjoying the snow in creative and heartwarming ways. Snowball fights erupted in backyards, elaborate igloos appeared on lawns, and sleds were dusted off for some downhill adventures. A few even got their furry friends involved.

For others, the snow day was a chance to slow down and embrace the cozy comforts of home. Blankets, hot cocoa, and a crackling fireplace became the backdrop for a relaxing couple of days spent reading, binge-watching favorite shows, or simply recharging.

One of the highlights of the snow was seeing how our team shared their experiences. Employees captured and shared their precious moments—beautiful photos of snow-covered landscapes, family fun, and even a few impressive snow creations. These moments showcased the spirit of our team: creative, connected, and always finding joy in the unexpected.
